Reservations and Cancelations Policies

1.- All reservations are prepaid in advance.

2.- In case of cancellation there is a penalty of a percentage of the total amount paid of the reservation which is as follows:

a) 360 days to 30 days before 20 %.

b) 29 days to 7 days before 50%.

c) 6 to 3 days before 75%.

d) 2 days or the same day there is no refund.

e) If the client does not show up for the service, there is no refund.

3.- In case the client wants to reschedule a reservation for a future date, he/she can do it without penalty within a maximum period of 6 months.

4.- All cancellations must be made in writing through the e-mail address provided on the website.

5.- In case of cancellation on our part due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the refund will be 100%.

6.- Any refund for cancellation will be to the card with which the service was paid during the 30 calendar days following the date of the cancellation.

7.- By making the payment, the customer understands that he/she has read and accepted the reservation and cancellation rules of this website

8.- In case of any problem of the client when leaving the terminal, he/she has the obligation to contact us by phone at this number in order to resolve the problem with the driver immediately.

9.- Any change of one existing reservation need to be by email 24 hours before
